Band not fully adjustable; no response from customer service

Because there is no min/max band size listed in the description, I purchased this watch (women's) under the impression that the band was fully adjustable. This is not the case! Only 2 links can be removed from either side, which leaves the band still too big for my wrist. Even worse, when I contacted customer service to initiate a return, I got no response. Very dissatisfied with my experience.
