Shipping policy

What is the policy about shipping, returns or exchanges?

All orders are processed within 1 business day.(Order with engraving service will take extra 2-3 business days to prepare and finish.) Orders in which the shipping and billing address differ will take longer to process due to fraud prevention. Orders placed from Friday 4 pm EST through Sunday night will be shipped on the following Monday. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order ships and it will have all your relevant order details, as well as tracking information. 

Domestic shipping
  • USPS: We offer FREE USPS first class shipping to orders of $30 or more in total value within the USA. (excludes link removal tool & extra link). Delivery time is 2-3 business days, depending on location. Reliable tracking information is provided. Shipping to P.O. Box or APO is available.
    • USPS Overnight: $35, delivery time is 1 business day. Your order will ship same business day if placed before 1pm EST otherwise your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Reliable tracking information is provided.
    International shipping
    • In Canada, standard shipping is $20. Delivery time is 6-10 business days, depending on location. Reliable tracking information is provided.
    • In Canada, express shipping is $55.  Ships same Business day if placed before 3 pm EST otherwise your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on location.
    • Shipping offered to select countries in Europe and Asia, $50 on all orders. In Asia, we only ship to Japan, South Korea, and Singapore, Taiwan & Hong Kong.  Orders will arrive within 6-14 business days, depending on location and tracking number is provided via email when the item ships.

    *Customers are responsible for any extra duties, taxes, or shipping fees that may be charged by their specific locality. Please note, any order that is returned to Bewell of North America because it is unclaimed by the customer or because the customer refuses to pay any extra fees, cannot be fully refunded but the customer will receive a store credit for the returned merchandise.
