At Bewell of North America, we offer one-year free return and exchange to all our customers who purchase directly from our website.
We recommend the package sent via a tractable method using our return label. In the event of lost packages without a tracking number we won't be able to issue the refund.
With the shipping label received from us, please mail the product(s) to the below address: 323 corban Ave SW, unit 508, Concord NC 28025
Items not eligible for refund or store credit:
- Customized items or engraved items.
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Must be returned with original wooden box packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit. Please note gifts must be returned together with the original order to receive a full product refund on your order. Please read below and contact our customer care here.
How do I return an item I received as a gift?
If you received an order from Bewell of North America as a gift, you can still return it as long as it is eligible as listed above. We'll issue you a Bewell of North America store credit for the amount of the returned item(s). Please contact Customer Care.
What if I received a volume discount and want to refund part of the order?
Refund amount will be adjusted accordingly if volume discount was applied to the original order.
What if there was something wrong with my order?
Please contact Customer Care right away so we can make things right.
